Some of the third parties we use (for example, Squarespace / MailerLite, depending on where their servers are located) may store or process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or an equivalent adequacy arrangement, in line with UK GDPR requirements for transfers outside the UK.
