Returns & Warranty Policy

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided:

• the item is in good condition

• all accessories and manuals are included

• original packaging is included where possible

Eligible products include a minimum 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

We strongly recommend keeping all original packaging for telescopes and mounts for at least 30 days.
